Assessing Aptech on the above parameters, we can easily see that Aptech has all the ingredients in place for achieving high organizational performance. Aptech has performed well during the past 18 months or so; however the pace of change and hence the performance has to move to the next trajectory. How do we make this happen? Increased sense of accountability and building a culture of challenge should do the trick.
Within a month we will be starting the planning process for the next year. We need to put strong and decisive strategies in place that will help Aptech achieve its vision and become a formidable player in the learning space globally. Let us give our best in the next 3 months or so to end the current year on a high note and at the same time put the New Year's plans in place keeping the above in mind. .
