Mumbai, March 23, 2006: Further to the letter dated 18th March, 2006, regarding intimation of the Board Meeting of our Company to be held on Saturday, March 25, 2006, to consider, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st December, 2005, this is to further inform that, the Audit Committee has recommended the adjustment to some of the assets and liabilities, on the basis of a study made by the Statutory Auditors, which is proposed to be placed before the Board of Directors at the said meeting for their consideration.
