Notice is hereby given that, with effect from 21st July, 2007, the Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from “Elite Auto House, 54-A, Sir M. Vasanji Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 093” to “Aptech House, A-65, M.I.D.C., Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 093”. All communications / correspondences addressed to the Company should henceforth be made / sent to the aforementioned new registered office.
