Intimation regarding acquisition of English training business of First English Education Institutes Limited

Mumbai: Aptech Limited has acquired the English training business of Bangalore-based First English Education Institutes Limited (FEEIL). Aptech has taken over the operations of 4 centres dedicated to offering English language training from FEEIL, which are located at Koramangala, Banshankari, Mathikere & Rajajinagar in Bangalore, along with staff and other resources.
The centres offer courses for all levels - from Beginner to Advanced, through their spacious & well-equipped facilities and the country’s finest ’Digital Language Lab‘ to enable an effective blended learning delivery methodology. Through an agreement with Cambridge University Press (CUP), the centres use their authorized material for dissemination of English language training.

Having English language training in the fold is the perfect complement to the business & will also help Aptech take another step in achieving this vision,” says Ninad Karpe, CEO & MD, Aptech Ltd.
After detailed discussions & upon consequent approval of the Board, Aptech concluded the acquisition on 1st June 2009.
