Notes :
1 ) The above unaudited results were taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 23.07.04.
'2 ) The previous period figures are regrouped / recast/adjusted to conform to the current quarter figures.
'3 ) Consequent upon the acquisition of the Training & Education Business of SSI Ltd with effect from 1st April 2003, the results for the quarter ended June 04 includes the Training & Education Business of SSI as well, and the results for the 12 month ended December'03 includes the Training and Education Business of SSI, only for the nine months ended 31st December, 2003.
4 )Other Income for the quarter includes Rs 233.86 lakhs of gain on exchange rate difference.

Note:
1) The Company has identified Business Segments as the primary segment. Segments have been identified taking into account the nature of services, the differing risks & returns, the organizational structure & the internal reporting system.
2) Fixed assets are not indentified segment wise as these are used interchangebaly between segments. The management belives that meaningful segregation of Assets & Liabilities on segment basis is currently not praticable.
